Exchanges

Exchange can be done if there are product defects or size issues.

• In case of size issues, the customer has to bear the to and fro shipping charges for the exchange.
• If the product is defective, we will bear the shipping cost.
• We offer free shipping the first time.

Returns

We do not usually encourage returns. But in case a bigger size is unavailable, or for any other unavoidable reasons, we offer a return. A return is considered on a case-to-case basis.

Choosing the right size

That is why we always insist that our customers choose the right size, and we take measurements of each outfit before dispatch.
